Adding sound is indeed the funnest unit of the gaming process. Playing games with sound in it is much more intriguing than a game without it. It makes the game come to life. It also makes the game more interactive. I plan to use sound in a fun way. Usually when you play a game, there is music, but not particulary music that is heard on kid's ipods and mp3s. My game is gonna have the most modern music possible so kids can relate to it and are more confident to succeed and advance through all of the levels. So even though they don't understand the subject, they'll still be familiar to it somewhat. Here is where I get most of my music from:
